Today I’ve finished the overall structure of the site, mainly linking the plaque pages to the trail pages. This is so that people can have the trail webpage open on their phone and walk along the trail and click on the links as they get to them. People can also scan the QR code on the plaque and see the information that way.
People might also just want to work their way through the trails at home and click on the links there, just to get an idea of the history of our village.
The main thing still missing is the maps – there will be three to go on the map display boards (which I’ll add to the pages here) and four maps of the trails which will be in leaflets we’ll get printed for anyone walking the trails – also I’ll put those here.
Any suggestions about additional content – just add them to the comments. We’re hoping this will gradually expand and be a way for people to share their experiences of living in Burnhope.
